Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 cups lactose free milk or unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
1 tsp ground turmeric (although, fresh is even better!)
1 pinch ground black pepper
1/4 tsp ground cinammon
1-2 tbsp organic honey (or maple syrup)
Optional
fresh vanilla bean
ground ginger
cardamom

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot over medium heat
  2. Bring to a simmer for approx.. 10 minutes
  3. Pour into a cup, sit back, chillax and enjoy.
