Instructions

Serves: 1 pizza crust

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Break the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor. I used my monsieur cuisine from Lidl – works like a charm!
  3. Drain the pulsed cauliflower by using a towel to get all the moisture out.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cauliflower with mozzarella, parmesan cheese, dried oregano, salt, beaten eggs and garlic powder.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the center of the baking sheet and spread into a circle shape.
  6. Bake for approximately 20 minutes
  7. Add desired toppings (pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, mushrooms and fresh basil) and bake an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy!
