Who doesn’t want to “feel good” when indulging on desserts or devouring delicious breads and pastries, without feeling the sense of being “somewhat guilty”?
I certainly want to feel good – which is why I recommend that you visit Feel Good Bakery!
Feel Good is a bakery which provides delicious yet healthy gluten-free, vegan and refined sugar-free desserts and other splendid goodies for everyone to enjoy.
I have tried their mini muffins as well as their olive loaf and I absolutely loved them. They are very light and fluffy without the annoying grainy nor crumbly texture which certain gluten-free products out there, have. I tried the following muffins:
I have to admit, they were all wonderful but my personal favourite was the olive muffin which is why I opted for the elioti (olive) and mint loaf on my wedding day when I had guests over at the house.
Very recently I also tried the light desserts and particularly, the Magnum, the Pistachio cheesecake, Nutella tart and the banana-caramel hazelnut tart. I think a photo, nonetheless, says a thousand words..

I must admit, all desserts were very light and not in the least heavy. I do love the fact that after you’ve eaten one (or a couple lol) you are not left with feeling bloated. Their products are light and refreshing and leave you with an “I feel Good” sensation 🙂
I recently had the lovely opportunity to ask the owners a couple of questions about the place and a little factual background behind this wonderful venture. Here’s a little insight into their journey, thus far:
Question 1: How did it all start?
Answer – I had always been interested in following a healthy diet and about 3 years ago, my husband’s niece was diagnosed with Celiac disease at the age of 9 years old and this made us realise the lack of support, knowledge and options available for coeliacs/ gluten intolerants in Cyprus.
Question 2: What inspired you to start this business?
Answer: Seeing a child not able to enjoy a tasty treat and feeling left out. also the fact that some establishments are offering a “Gluten free” option that is made within the same kitchen with complete disregard to cross-contamination, propelled me with the help of my sister to start our own Bakery that makes sweets and savories that are 100% Gluten free, 100% Vegan and 100% Refined Sugar free yet incredibly tasty.
Question 3: Could you provide us with a brief description about your homemade goods and your personal favorites?
Answer: All our products are made using high quality ingredients and made from scratch in our specialised kitchen. my personal favorites are: Banoffee Pie, Nut-tart-ella and Snickers

I honestly think they should rename their bakery to “Feel GREAT!” because everything I have tried so far is pretty darn awesome 🙂
