Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup gluten free oats
2 large organic eggs, whisked
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (containing cinnamon)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
half a jar almond butter

Banana Oat Muffins

A quick and easy recipe with no added sugar, flour and palm oil.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Grease and flour the muffin pan with gluten free flour
  3. Mix all ingredients together and pour batter into muffin pan
  4. Bake for approximately 20 – 25 minutes

Tips:

  • Once the muffins are out the oven and warm, top with almond butter – delicious!
