1 small fresh cauliflower headstalk removed

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup mozzarellashredded

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

2 large organic eggslightly beaten

Serves: 1 pizza crust
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Break the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor. I used my monsieur cuisine from Lidl – works like a charm!
- Drain the pulsed cauliflower by using a towel to get all the moisture out.
- In a bowl, combine the cauliflower with mozzarella, parmesan cheese, dried oregano, salt, beaten eggs and garlic powder.
- Transfer the mixture to the center of the baking sheet and spread into a circle shape.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes
- Add desired toppings (pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, mushrooms and fresh basil) and bake an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy!
