6 applessliced and peeled

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

12 frozen berries

1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar

1 cup gluten free flour

1 cup gluten free oats

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius
- In a large bowl, stir together the thinly sliced apples, lemon juice, water and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Scoop mixture into a 9×13 baking/casserole dish. Add the frozen berries over apples.
- Then, combine all the topping ingredients in a separate bowl (excluding the butter) and whisk together
- Cut the butter into small cubes and blend the butter into the bowl of topping ingredients and mix together until mixture is blended evenly and is crumbly.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is crisp and browned.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream or whipped cream.
Tips:
- You could go without the berries and make it an apple crisp. 🙂
